Preparation
1. Whisk honey, maple syrup and oil together.
2. Mix all other ingredients (except culinary lavender & pepitas) in a separate bowl.
3. Fold honey mixture in with oat mixture.
4. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
5. Spread even layer of granola mix on baking sheet.
6. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
7. Remove from oven and add pepitas and lavender.
8. Flip granola with spatula.
9. Bake another 20 minutes.
10. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
11. Store in an airtight container.
