This Cinnamon Babka Bread is a Polish tradition made with a "twist" - a lavender kick! It makes a fab breakfast, dessert or afternoon snack!

Preparation
1. In Breadmaker, add all dough ingredients in order: milk will be first ingredient and yeast will be the last.
2. Set dough setting according to manufacturer instructions and allow breadmaker to run through the dough cycle.
3. While dough cycle is running, combine filling ingredients and sit on counter or in refrigerator to become stiff.
4. Roll dough out 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick: about 18 inches long and 12 inches wide.
5. Spread filling on top of dough.
6. Roll lengthwise like cinnamon rolls.
7. Cut roll in half.
8. Twist roll and place in greased 9x5 bread pan.
9. Cover with towel and rise for 1 hour.
10. Brush with egg wash and bake in oven preheated to 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
11. Add a foil "tent" and bake for another 20 minutes.
12. Serve plain or top with powdered sugar or your favorite glaze/frosting.
